We invite and encourage all CoOportunity Health members to attend the first Annual Membership Meeting. Learn the results of the board of directors election, get info about how the company is doing, and meet key CO-OP leaders. Lunch will be served, so if you plan to attend, please register online to help us get a count for lunch.

We're now one month into the health insurance Open Enrollment Period that started Nov. 15. The next key date you need to pay attention to is Dec. 15! For individuals and families looking to switch from their present insurance plan or carrier and want new coverage that begins on Jan. 1, 2015, you need to enroll by Dec. 15 to avoid a lapse in coverage between your old and your new plans.
The same is true for anyone currently uninsured who wants to enroll in a plan for coverage to begin Jan. 1, 2015.
Open Enrollment Period: Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014 – Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015

Less than 24 hours until we turn the calendar page and start 2015. The last day of the year — Dec. 31, 2014 — is an Open Enrollment Period key date, because if you switched insurance plans or carriers, today also is the last day that coverage can be used by you and/or your family. If you switched plans or carriers, or were previously uninsured, but purchased coveraged by Dec. 15, then your new coverage will begin tomorrow, Jan. 1, 2015! We wish you and yours a happy and healthy 2015!!
