Iowa Marketplace Choice Plan

CoOportunity Health is pleased to participate in the Iowa Marketplace Choice Plan.  This plan is available to qualified adults between the ages 19-64 with incomes between 101-138% of the federal poverty level (approximately $11,500-$15,800).

To find out if you qualify for this new health insurance option for Iowans. There are three easy ways to get qualified and enrolled.

Go to healthcare.gov and complete the Marketplace application.  Be sure to ask to be enrolled in CoOportunity Health's Iowa Marketplace Choice Plan.

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is when individuals can enroll in health plans. The next period for Open Enrollment is Nov. 15, 2014 - Feb. 15, 2015.

 

Special Enrollment Period

You can sign up for a new health plan or make a change to your existing health plan outside Open Enrollment if you have a qualifying life event.
