Individuals & Families
Individuals and families will be able to choose from a variety of health plan products from CoOportunity Health starting October 1, 2013:
- PPO plans with network choices
- HSA-qualified plans
- Plans for people qualifying for subsidies
Coverage will begin January 1, 2014, for plans purchased in October, November or December 2013.
Options will be available for Iowa and Nebraska residents on the new Health Insurance Marketplace (Exchange), or off Exchange through a local broker or agent. Look for more details starting October 1, 2013.
