Registration is Simple & Easy
  • When your group setup is complete, the person at your business who was responsible for the purchase decision will be emailed a username and password
  • This person will be the web delegate for your group and is responsible for managing the online account with CoOportunity Health
  • You will receive your username and password from your web delegate
  • Go to coOportunityhealth.com and click “Log On”
  • Enter your username and password; these are case sensitive
  • You will be prompted change you password the first time you use the site

Create a Printable Employer Roster

  • Download, view and sort a report that lists of your employees and their dependents who are enrolled in your group coverage

Online Enrollment

  • Online Enrollment allows you to find and update coverage for existing employees (for example, an employee who has had a baby) and add coverage for new employees

View Group Benefits

  • See your group’s current plan information, including product name, package code, site name, start date and end date for each plan you offer

View Missing SSN Report

  • See if any of your covered employees or their dependents don’t have a social security number on file so that you can meet the Medicare Secondary Payer reporting requirements

View and Pay Your Bills

  • If your delegate has given you access to this tool, E-Billing makes it easy to view and pay your bills online, including setting up automatic payments and creating a spreadsheet or PDF of your billing statements
