Save on Your Out-of-Pocket Costs

To get the greatest value from your health insurance benefits, it is important that you choose to receive care from UI Health Alliance member organizations and the additional contracting providers.

With CoOportunity Choice UI Health Alliance, your out-of-pocket costs are the lowest when choosing Tier 1 providers, which include providers from the five UI Health Alliance member organizations.

With CoOportunity Preferred UI Health Alliance, you only have benefits when you receive care from providers that participates in CoOportunity Preferred. There are no out-of- network benefits except for emergencies.
