National Provider Networks
Out-of-network care is available only for emergencies. In an emergency, out-of-network care will be paid at the in-network benefit level and you will not be balanced billed. Should you need emergency care while on vacation or when traveling for work, you are encouraged to receive care from a provider using the PHCS Network and the MultiPlan network by following these steps:

On the MultiPlan page, click the PHCS box under "Back of Card" and choose "Continue" to search
