EFT Enrollment
CoOportunity Health has contracted with HealthPartners Administrators, Inc. to provide claims processing, medical management and certain other administrative services on our behalf.
HealthPartners Administrators, Inc. will be referred to as HPAI.
Authorizing EFT as your payment method will speed payment delivery by depositing payments directly to your bank account allowing quicker access to funds paid to you. Although payment via EFT is not a requirement, we strongly encourage EFT as your payment method.
If you are already enrolled for EFT payments with HPAI, reenrollment is not necessary.

Electronic Funds Transfer signup is safe and secure. All sensitive information is encrypted.
To be eligible to receive EFT payments, you must be submitting CoOportunity Health claims to HPAI.
If your company is receiving claim payments and you are an authorized requestor, you can complete the online EFT enrollment.
As an authorized requestor, you will need to provide the following information:
- Check/EFT# from a previous claim payment
- Provider name and identifier(s)
- Contact information
- Financial institution information - Only one bank account per enrollment is allowed
- Reason for enrollment submission (New, Change, or Cancel)
- Authorized e-signature
To avoid payment interruption or errors, any changes in depository financial institution or other payment instructions must be provided to HPAI 15 business days in advance.
Once the EFT enrollment has been successfully submitted, you will receive a printable confirmation page for your records.
